COVID-19 PCR Testing
1. Visit www.rxcovidtest.com and register for an account
2. Follow the registration instructions
3. If approved, visit Community Pharmacy Compounding & Wellness Center 1256 Penna Ave Tyrone, PA to complete the test.
4. Once you arrive at the pharmacy parking lot, please stay in your vehicle.
5. Call the pharmacy at 814-684-0230 and let a pharmacy staff member know you are here to complete a COVID-19 test.
6. Someone will take your information and help you complete the test
